You will manage customer communications, schedule installation and service jobs, handle invoice data entry, and support sales and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

- Collect daily job payments and ensure accurate financial tracking
- Enter invoice details and payment information promptly and accurately into the CRM system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver excellent customer service support by resolving issues and providing clear information
