Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and commercial support to the Freight Forwarding Sales team.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and rate sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Operations, and overseas offices to obtain pricing and service information.
- Support the preparation and submission of RFQs, RFIs, and customer tenders.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports, pipeline reports, and business performance analyses for management review.
- Monitor quotation validity and follow up on outstanding opportunities with the sales team.
- Assist in customer onboarding activities, including account setup and documentation management.
- Coordinate customer contracts, service agreements, and credit application processes.
