What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma/Degree Holder
- Existing experience in procurement
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery timelines
- Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Calls to leads generated/ handle customer inquiries and follow up on requests
- Assist in tender submissions and sales presentations
- Update on pricing, and product availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Organise and support internal and external events, webinars, roadshows, including attendees’ tracking, lead database consolidation, and post-event follow-up
