Join a dynamic team as a Sales Analyst, where you will directly contribute to client onboarding and provide exceptional support to Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to facilitate the onboarding of new accounts. Conduct thorough Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML, and customer Due Diligence. Coordinate with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to ensure effective pre and post-sales service and prompt resolution of client issues. Engage directly with clients to ensure complete functionality and setup of trading platforms. Support Relationship Managers in implementing marketing initiatives and plans. Maintain necessary documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Prepare monthly business and marketing reports.
