Job Description
- Contact customers and brokers to collect applications and supporting documents.
- Respond to enquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Enter application data and lodge valuation requests in relevant systems.
- Liaise with brokers and external parties and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experienced in sales, customer service, and loan processing with hands‑on knowledge of LoanApp, Simpology, and CoreLogic.
- Communicates confidently and engages clients with strong presentation and writing skills.
- Applies analytical thinking to solve problems and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and collaborative with strong Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to quality.
