Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Sales Support & Operations Executive to support our sales, operations and order fulfilment processes. The role requires close coordination with both internal teams and customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely order processing, and smooth delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in accordance with customer requirements and sales team inputs
Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and convert approved quotations into Sales Orders promptly
Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely fulfilment of orders
Monitor and track sales order status, ensuring deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery or collection of goods, including scheduling and follow-ups
