Job Description
Sales Support & Operations Lead in Group and Digital Affinity Life Insurance channel department is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales channel, ensuring smooth policy processing, compliance with regulations, efficient agent support, and maximizing productivity by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing process improvements to optimize sales and customer experience within the designated channel.
The Role
- Manage the entire life cycle of policy processing within the channel including lead generation, application submission, underwriting, policy issuance and premium collection.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
