Responsibilities:
Provides detailed, high-level support to Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Manager Acts as a liaison between Sales Team, Customers, and Internal Departments Account Maintenance – ADF Completion for new accounts, new product item numbers, specification changes, price changes, new customer credit applications, and credit reference requests. Responsible for SOX compliance within respective territory. Provides data and responses for external and internal price audits. Management of Complaint process. Enter all complaints into Salesforce; follow-up to ensure timely completion of the investigation and creating a formalized response to customer complaints.
