Job Description
This role is not traditional administration. The successful candidate will act as the commercial control tower of the national sales organisation, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to drive improved systems, commercial discipline, reporting visibility, pricing control, customer development, and operational efficiency across all regions.

- Maintain sales systems, CRM databases, and reporting structures
- Produce sales dashboards and management reports
- Coordinate Blue Chip and emerging customer review processes
- Support pricing administration and margin visibility
- Standardise quotations and tender documentation
- Coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) activities
- Support sales process standardisation across regions
- Assist the internal sales teams with reporting and tools
- Coordinate product and supplier information
