The Role
• Own and expand the DACH market
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
• Stay hands-on in closing mid-market SaaS deals
• Build pipeline and drive revenue within a clearly defined ICP
• Work closely with founders and GTM leadership
• Influence go-to-market strategy during a key scaling phase
