Job Description

Sales Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for finding new opportunities in the marketplace to deliver customer service excellence and increase Makro market share and profits through staff engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Achieve set recruitment targets per store.
  2. Actively recruit new customers as per annual targets.
  3. Ensure customers are recruited based on the Business Development proposition in a professional manner.
  4. Facilitate opening of new cards, accounts and setting up customers to hand over to CRO.
  5. Ensure first experience of customer with Makro is professional, efficient and upholds customer satisfaction at all times.
  6. Analyse and interpret sales and market information to ensure volume/profit growth.
  7. Actively analyze market trends and sales environment to source for sales/profit opportunities.
