Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in house-to-house selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.
Available locations: 5th Ave., Caloocan City (South)

Qualifications
- At least High School graduate
- Experienced in Sales especially in house-to-house selling and in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Converge Fiber Optic services (preferred).
