A Dynamic Company is seeking a Sales Team Leader that will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of sales consultants within a financial services/debt management environment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving team performance, and delivering ethical debt solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews
