- Handles a sales team
- Monitor individual and team performances

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare, Customer Service, or related field (or equivalent sales experience).
- Proven sales background in HMO or Life Insurance , with strong client relationship skills
- Good understanding of insurance or healthcare concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Experience using CRM or sales software is an advantage.
