Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish the technical needs of customers and recommend appropriate products
- Explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep customers informed about new technological products and updates
- Compile proposals and reports related to technical products
- Ensure that sales targets are consistently met
- Report sales performance and updates to management
- Update records of customer communications and contact information
- Troubleshoot laptops, computers, and other devices or units from the store
- Provide technical briefings and maintenance guidance for all purchased units
