We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Technician Staff
to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves both
customer-facing sales
and
technical installation
of smart home products. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Engage customers (walk-in, online, and corporate clients) to introduce Smartifai's solutions. Demonstrate smart home products and explain benefits. Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales. Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Technical:
Install, configure, and test smart home devices (lighting, sensors, cameras, hubs, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers. Conduct on-site visits for setup, maintenance, and training. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements
