About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to own the onboarding and ongoing development of our warm outreach sales team. This team works with prospects who have already expressed interest, meaning your job is to train reps to convert intent into revenue, not just break the ice.
We are looking for someone who is structured, and capable of building quality training content and delivering sessions that actually stick. If you thrive in a fast‑moving sales environment, know how to turn call observations into coaching opportunities, and take genuine ownership of rep performance, this role is for you.

Onboarding and Content Development
- Design and continuously update onboarding modules tailored to the warm outreach sales team.
