We are seeking a qualified and experienced ACLP Certified Trainer to design, facilitate, and evaluate adult learning programmes across a range of professional and organisational development contexts. The successful candidate will hold the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) awarded by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), Singapore, and demonstrate a strong commitment to learner‑centred, competency‑based training delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and develop curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and learning materials aligned to SkillsFuture and SSG‑accredited frameworks.
- Apply ADDIE or equivalent instructional design methodologies to build structured, outcome‑driven training programmes.
