채용제목 Sales Training Associate (지원마감) 회사소개 외국계제약회사 업무내용/자격요건 1. PURPOSE OF POSITON/ROLE
. This position is responsible for coordinating & supporting the organization’s training by
conducting needs identification & assessments, developing appropriate training programs,
and evaluating programs in order to enhance sales force effectiveness.
* Key Role
. Support designing of training programs thru assessing sales forces’ training needs
. Organize and conduct trainings: Sales training / Product training
. Develop and/or customize training materials / update clinical data and results
regarding the product
. Assess MR/DM’s capability/performance thru written tests and role- playing
. Gain feedback from sales on training programs to make needed adjustments
. Collaborate with TPC in the creation of strategy for a comprehensive, integrated
approach towards sales force effectiveness
