Position Summary:
The Sales Training Content Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact training materials that support the salesforce in achieving business goals. This role ensures that all content is aligned with DITO’s sales strategies, product offerings, and customer experience standards. The developer collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and marketing teams to produce engaging, accurate, and scalable learning assets for various sales channels.

1. Content Design & Development
- Create and update training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and systems use.
- Develop multimedia learning assets: presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
