Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and corporate accounts Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for life insurance products Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives / relationship managers Develop sales strategies and ensure achievement of revenue and business targets Conduct client presentations and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding, policy servicing, and claims support Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
