Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Sales Support Consultant provides first-line sales, client and administrative support to ensure enquiries are captured accurately, routed clearly, and progressed quickly through MacPhee’s systems.
The role supports the Sales Team, Wine Cellaring Specialists and Leadership Team by maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing standard administrative components of quotes, proposals and approved invoices, scheduling appointments, coordinating remote administration, managing routine follow-ups, and assisting with order and reporting workflows.
This role is designed to remove repeatable administration from specialist sales roles while protecting MacPhee’s premium client experience.
