Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering: Meetings with clients: Participating in discovery sessions, status updates, workshops, and Q&A sessions. Gathering business requirements: Eliciting needs from stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and observation. Documenting requirements: Creating user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. Presenting solutions: Explaining proposed Salesforce configurations or customizations to clients. Providing updates: Communicating progress, challenges, and next steps to clients and project managers. II. Salesforce Configuration & Development: Configuring Salesforce: Setting up objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow).
