Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related system administration and support activities
- Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
