This role is both technical and collaborative, bridging the gap between technical system capabilities and business needs. The Salesforce Administrator tailors the CRM system (Salesforce) to meet the organization’s requirements, manages user access and data integrity, and integrates Salesforce with other enterprise systems to align with KDP’s overall technology and business goals
