The role involves maintaining Salesforce configurations, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and enhancing overall system efficiency. You will work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to implement business requirements effectively.

• Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions with declarative tools
• Provide Tier 1 production support and troubleshoot user issues

• Participate in Agile sprint activities and continuous improvements
