About The Job
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This consultative Admin position works closely with the Salesforce Technical Developer, is responsible for the health of the Salesforce ecosystem, and partners with stakeholders to re-engineer business processes. The candidate will also act as the primary product advocate, ensuring the business leverages the latest Salesforce innovations and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with Business Owners to translate pain points into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and User Stories.
