Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end functional design for CPQ and Order Management processes within Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Order Management .
- Translate high-level solution designs and business requirements into detailed functional specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Define scalable product catalog structures, pricing models, discounting frameworks, and quoting processes.
- Design order lifecycle flows including order capture, validation, fulfillment orchestration, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and performance.
Data & Integration Oversight
- Define and govern data flows across CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and downstream fulfillment systems.
