Job Description

We are expanding our team with a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field

  • +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service or Commercial Order Management

  • Experience writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation

  • Experience analyzing, discussing, and designing requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese required
