Job Description

We are expanding our team with a Salesforce Business Analyst, for a remote project, based in Portugal.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a warranty context

  • Experience with Salesforce Service/CRM

  • Knowledge of case management, complaints, and warranty processes

  • Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting/KPIs

  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence

  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)

  • Availability for occasional travel to the client’s location

  • Fluency in English
