Job Description

Enterprise SFCC Architecture & Strategy

  • Define, own, and evolve the enterprise-level Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture for retail platforms.
  • Lead the creation of commerce platform strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
  • Design and review scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions using SFRA, ISML, JavaScript (server & client), HTML, and CSS.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise standards, frameworks, and best practices across retail programs.

Retail Digital Commerce Transformation

  • Architect and optimize end-to-end retail commerce capabilities, covering merchandising, catalog/content management, pricing, promotions, loyalty, personalization, cart, checkout, payments, and order management.
  • Enable seamless omnichannel retail experiences, ensuring integration across web, mobile, and in-store systems.
