Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support a large-scale enterprise case management platform . You will deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom objects
- Configure Salesforce features across Service Cloud and Public Sector Solution, with potential exposure to Experience Cloud
- Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions using JIRA and Confluence
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects
