Salesforce Functional Lead

Responsibilities:
Presenting
– prepare client presentations and lead requirement gathering sessions
Business processes
– Understand AS IS process flows and work with key client stakeholders to elicit TO BE process.
Own the Salesforce functional design
Work with delivery and technical colleagues to transform client requirements into best practise Salesforce solutions.
Configuration
– configure Salesforce as per solution design document, delegating where appropriate.
Testing
– Support internal testing and client UAT.
Training
– run workshops to train clients and Administrators.
Client relationship
– engage with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirements.
