Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Enable SFMC functionality and integrations. Provide best practice guidance.
  • Act as consultant for SFMC.
  • Estimate effort for change requests/enhancements on the platform and implement under the guidance of the architect.
  • Lead a small team of Developers to design, implement, and optimize cross‑channel campaigns. Perform testing of the implemented functionality/automations.
  • Mentor cross‑functional teams and lead workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
  • Publish implementation documentation.
  • SIT support, UAT support, PROD deployment, go‑live and hyper‑care support.
Qualifications and Skills
