Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce & MuleSoft Technical Business Systems Analyst for a Hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a 3+ month contract to hire opportunity that can be located in Columbus, OH or Minneapolis, MN.
Pay range: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce product teams, and MuleSoft integration teams, supporting credit modernization initiatives. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, ensuring end-to-end solution alignment across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and downstream systems. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, supporting feature delivery, integrations, automation, and UAT readiness while actively managing dependencies and cross-team coordination.
