Job Description
Salesforce Scrum Master Agile Delivery, Salesforce Platform & Digital Transformation Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively Drive Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health Support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance, and DevOps practices Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Required Skills Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce programs Strong understanding of Salesforce platf...
