Job Description
Essential 8 to 10 years of Experience as Salesforce Technical Architect Proven TA experience delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes . Strong Salesforce knowledge across Sales, Service, Commerce (with integration and digital channel alignment exposure). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering iterative releases. Experience with requirements for customer journeys , omnichannel processes, and digital experiences (Web/App). Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between Salesforce delivery and digital product teams . Desirable Exposure to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and/or Agentforce (or comparable AI/agentic customer service capabilities). Experience with DAM requirements (asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, rights management). Experience of retail/consumer domain programmes and large enterprise governance.
