Job Description
Quality assurance for a complex IT landscape based on Salesforce Service Cloud with multiple upstream and downstream integrations. Focus on early defect detection, stable end to end processes, sustainable QA in agile environments. In parallel, an AI based testing methodology shall be established covering the full testing lifecycle, with focus on AI driven solution scenarios.
