Job Description: Test Analyst (QA) & Senior Test Analyst (SQA) Salesforce Testing Key Responsibilities Analyse business and functional requirements to create detailed and effective test cases Design, maintain, and execute manual and/or automated test scripts Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA Perform various types of testing including functional, integration, system, regression, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test and validate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including transaction flows, pricing, promotions, payments, refunds, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and improve overall test coverage Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Ensure end-to-end traceability of test cases to business and functional requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of te...
