Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and promote company products to local community customers.
- Engage with customers both in-store and over the phone to help them select the most appropriate items or solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with all available products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Confidence to handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of trade and retail industry trends.
- Prior sales or customer‑service experience is desirable but not essential.
