Responsibilities- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document sorting, and filing.
- Prepare invoices and regular reports for customers.
- Manage incoming calls and email inquiries professionally.
- Plan, create, and update content for the Transco-Pac website to expand brand awareness and attract both customers and local talent.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that support the sales team's outreach efforts.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital channels, tailoring content for our B2B and recruitment audiences.
