Coordinate day-to-day salon operations for a very busy luxury salon in the Design District.
- Compliance to protocols such as: opening and closing, correctly collecting and processing client payments, maintaining accurate bookings.
- Inventory Management: work with GM/Business Leader to ensure all backbar and retail inventory levels are adequately maintained.
- Ensure physical standards of salon are maintained and report any maintenance issues to GM/Business Leader immediately for repair.
- Maintain salon schedules and maximize appointment opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all client issues immediately.
