SALON SERVICES / BEAUTICIAN
To provide exceptional and professional beauty and spa services to clients in a high‑end salon/spa environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, and contributing to sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty and spa treatments including professional facials, body scrubs & wraps, full‑body waxing & threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic hair styling.
- Conduct in‑depth client consultations to understand needs, recommend appropriate services, and manage expectations.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards by sterilizing all tools, equipment, and workstations according to established protocols.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for spa packages, treatment upgrades, and retail skincare/cosmetic products.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior beauticians and trainees.
