- Develop and implement training plans to enhance the technical capabilities and professional skills of team members in sample development and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with customers throughout the sample development stage, evaluate technical requirements, and propose suitable improvement solutions.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues during product development to ensure samples meet all requirements before mass production.
