DESCRIPTION

The Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations leads the planning, execution, and optimization of sales and marketing operations to drive business performance and support strategic objectives.

This role is responsible for sales forecasting, reporting, business analytics, marketing program coordination, and process improvement initiatives, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing activities.

The Manager provides leadership to the Sales and Marketing Operations team and delivers insights and operational support that enable informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
