We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for our storage infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in SAN Storage administration.
- Freshers or early‑career professionals passionate to learn data storage.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, including 24x7 on‑call support.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for SAN, NAS, and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.
- Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.
- Work closely with Hitachi teams (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers) and customers to deliver and implement storage solutions.
