Location: Airdrie, Alberta (shop based with travel to client project sites)
Full‑time, project‑based, may include rotational camp work.
The Role
GrizzlyTrek is seeking an experienced Sandblaster to join our valued client's team in Alberta. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role focused on the surface preparation of industrial equipment, structural steel, vessels, and piping for industrial, commercial, and oil and gas projects.
What You'll Do
- Perform abrasive blasting on industrial equipment, structural steel, tanks, vessels, and piping to specified surface profiles.
- Conduct surface preparation including cleaning, masking, profile checks, and environmental readings prior to coating.
- Set up, operate, and maintain blasting equipment, compressors, pots, hoses, and air supply systems.
