**Position Summary...**
**What you'll do...**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Push gondolas through the production area, using shovels to collect trash and meat scraps, and deposit them into gondolas.
+ Transport and empty gondolas into collection bins using lifters.
+ Use handheld sprayers to apply denature to inedible meat, ensuring proper marking.
+ Move hose carts to the production floor and connect high-pressure water hoses to designated water and chemical connections.
+ Clean production lines and equipment thoroughly with high-pressure hoses and handheld sprayers; use scrub pads for spot cleaning.
+ Obtain and maintain LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out) authorized user status to ensure equipment is safely locked out during cleaning.
+ Assist Quality Assurance associates during pre-operation inspections and address any unsanitary conditions found.
+ Wear required personal protective equipment (rain gear, boots, goggles) at all times.
