Job Description
**Reporting to the Sanitation Manager at our Louisville, KY facility, you will lead the 3rd shift sanitation and production team members, oversee sanitation activities and drive process improvements to ensure compliance with food safety standards.**
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Plan, deliver, train, and monitor sanitation team processes and methods across the plant
+ Plan and implement daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and sanitation activities
+ Develop and maintain the Master Cleaning Schedule, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Plant Improvement Plan, and Environmental Swabbing Program in alignment with USDA regulations
+ Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement of sanitation processes
+ Conduct plant inspections and audits, tracking corrective actions and ensuring timely resolution
+ Report food safety concerns to leadership and take immediate action when needed
+ Coach team members and enforce plant rules...
