Location: 4545 W. Lyndale Ave. Chicago, IL 60639 Alpha Baking Company operates three (3) shifts around the clock 365 days per year. We cannot guarantee that any employee is permanently assigned to a particular shift or that any employee is guaranteed specific or the same days off each week. Additionally, this position requires work of a physical nature in a work environment that it subject to very hot and very cold conditions. Job Overview: We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation Department Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all production areas in our commercial bakery, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
